Employers’ Confederation of Latvia (LDDK) works with diversified support for businessmen and analysis of legislation in the interests of entrepreneurs and public sector. User centered approach was something new for the organization, which works with variety of services. After creating user personas together with Turn specialists it was easier to structure the information. User personas and user goal centered approach is convenient and helps to understand clients and their needs, as well as create high quality products for them.

Turn has been our partner since 2014 and we have worked on and implemented several large projects together. One of the latests - Responsible Business Assessment - was even a finalist for the IT prize “Platinum Mouse 2015” in category “Business Solutions”.

People in Turn have great time management skills and ability to achieve results and discipline from both - own team and also the client. Project managers always ask for feedback, even after every meeting, and it has helped me as well - I can be focused and also open up about my worries and appreciation. Personally for me it is crucial to have common understanding on process planning and desired result.

Their team works fast and productively, we immediately had a common conception about our project goals, deadlines and requirements from both sides.
