Project management
Project management is the process of planning, organising, staffing, directing and controlling the production of something. In our case that something is different web projects, like websites for example, and we believe that creating a website must be in cooperation with the client.
First task in any web project is to estimate amount of required work and deadlines and communicate them with stakeholders. Our project management process is scalable for any size projects, it is measurable in time and dates and transparent for all sides involved. We identify all required tasks to get the job done not just by ourselves, but together with the client.
Frontend
Frontend, or the visible part of the page, is the reason why your website can have sharper images, more interactivity, which doesn't slow down the site, faster general page loading and better interaction desing. Websites can keep the good-looking design and still be convenient and easy accessible.
Even more people more frequently use mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets, rather than PC. In early 2014, time spent on internet in the US via mobile device surpassed desktop for the first time in history. With all the smart devices securing their spot in human lives, it's a MUST for websites to be responsive and look good no matter where the user has opened it. Our designers and developers assure that.

SmashingMagazine.com already in 2011 wrote that “WordPress is a darn fine content management system (CMS) and is stable and easy to use” and we agree. Some of the biggest and most popular websites, like TIME.com, TED.com and CNN.com, run on WordPress. In fact, almost 55% of the 1 million most visited websites that are run on a CMS are run on WordPress and why should your website use something else?
As WordPress themselves say, they are “always secure, always updated and always ready for traffic!” and let us just add that WP is free, open source and quite independent from developers.

UX designers strive to make them answer “Yes” to all previous questions.

User Behaviour Analytics
The attitude towards user behaviour data has changed. It's not enough to just see the quantitative data, as an example, the location where a user clicked. It's important to know and see why he clicked exactly there, and automatic tools like HotJar help to do that for us as well.
Content is the King
The way users consume content is an important factor regardless of the device being used. The user is the one perceiving the content so it must be created with that person in mind. That's why we focus on making websites more readable, accessible and usable for the end user.
Rich Animations
Animations are great! They can create more interactive, entertaining, and memorable experiences for the user. Animations creates liveliness in the website, however use them selectively as too many can be overwhelming. Use them to give your site personality and to tell a story.
Accessibility
We believe accessibility is key to ensure our developed websites work for everyone, whatever their hardware, software, language, culture, location, physical / mental ability, because “the Web is fundamentally designed to work for all people”. Accessibility and accessible design ensures direct access (i.e. unassisted) and indirect access (e.g. computer screen readers).
Custom Drawn Illustrations
If you really want your site and brand to be unique and stand out, the time and investment to create your own custom illustrations is worth it. Illustrations are a big part of brand and can be later incorporated not just for the web, but for social media, presentations, ads, etc. They make your brand unique.
Performance
If you want your page to load fast, work smoothly and have the best performance possible, you need to make it light. Websites lately are becoming heavier and slower and are filled with unnecessary megabytes. We strive to keep our websites streamlined.
Material Design
Material design goes hand-in-hand with User Experience (UX) as its goal is to create clean, modern design. It has something in common with flat design, but uses much more depth, shadow and dimension. Elements such as typography, grids, space, color, scale and use of imagery are used for much more than just pleasing the eye. As Google says “They create hierarchy, meaning and focus.”

Unusual WordPress Use
We believe that WordPress will grow as a platform not just for websites or blogs. It's going to be even easier to integrate WP with other tools and apps. Because it's open source, it's free from developers and can be used by almost everyone for almost everything (e.g. intranet solution for companies). WP has a strong community with brands like The New York Times behind it, and the collective community works hard to make it more technologically advanced, compelling and influential.
Cinemagraphs
Have you ever looked at a still picture and then suddenly something within it moves? It probably did, because cinemagraph is a growing trend within web design. Cinemagraph is a living moment in an otherwise still photograph. As cinemagraph pioneers Kevin Burg and Jamie Beck say, “it exists in the world in between a photograph and video to bring to life the image and make it last forever.” And as a trend it's going to be here for a while.
