Project management

Project management is the process of planning, organising, staffing, directing and controlling the production of something. In our case that something is different web projects, like websites for example, and we believe that creating a website must be in cooperation with the client. First task in any web project is to estimate amount of required work and deadlines and communicate them with stakeholders. Our project management process is scalable for any size projects, it is measurable in time and dates and transparent for all sides involved. We identify all required tasks to get the job done not just by ourselves, but together with the client.

Frontend

Frontend, or the visible part of the page, is the reason why your website can have sharper images, more interactivity, which doesn't slow down the site, faster general page loading and better interaction desing. Websites can keep the good-looking design and still be convenient and easy accessible. Even more people more frequently use mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets, rather than PC. In early 2014, time spent on internet in the US via mobile device surpassed desktop for the first time in history. With all the smart devices securing their spot in human lives, it's a MUST for websites to be responsive and look good no matter where the user has opened it. Our designers and developers assure that.

WordPress

SmashingMagazine.com already in 2011 wrote that “WordPress is a darn fine content management system (CMS) and is stable and easy to use” and we agree. Some of the biggest and most popular websites, like TIME.com, TED.com and CNN.com, run on WordPress. In fact, almost 55% of the 1 million most visited websites that are run on a CMS are run on WordPress and why should your website use something else? As WordPress themselves say, they are “always secure, always updated and always ready for traffic!” and let us just add that WP is free, open source and quite independent from developers.

User Experience

Because we listen to you and you should listen to your customer. User Experience has been the next big thing in the world for many years now. It's a trend that hasn't gone out of style and how could it - website's success hinges on just one thing: how users perceive it! “Does this website give me value? Do I understand it? Do I feel welcomed here?” These are the questions that run through the minds of visitors as they interact with your brand and products, and they form the basis of their decisions on whether to become regular users and loyal customers. UX designers strive to make them answer “Yes” to all previous questions.

What we offer

We can provide planning and strategy, design, programming, implementing and support.

You can have the whole package or each of these steps separately.

We can organize user activity observations from the site (with Google Analytics and/or HotJar) and live user observations and give you information on what to change but

we can't tell you what to change in your marketing.

We won't make an app for your website, but

it's going to be responsive and will work on mobile.

We can make multilingual websites but

you will have to arrange the translations.

We can make your website on a free content management system, but

it's going to be on WordPress and only WordPress.

We can tell what kind of people we need for user observations, but

we can't find people for all user groups. This is where you will have to help us.

We will help you make your user personas, but

we can't invent your audience all by ourselves.

We won't integrate your HTML on other CMS than WordPress but

we can cut it for you.

We don't do content marketing and we won't write the content for you, but

we can create content strategy for your website and integrate social media.

We don't organize photoshoots but

we will tell what kind of photos your site needs, we can even choose them for you and we will process them to match your site.
