What the client needed

To provide employees and guests information about the dining options and special offers in the shopping mall Origo.

To compile services which are available in Origo One and shopping mall Origo.

Built-in means of communication between the tenants and owners.

Possibility to view conference room availability and to make reservations.

Possibility for tenants to administer employee’s intranet access rights.

Various content availability depending on role of the user.

Convenient and intuitive user experience.

What we have done

Created a prototype (clickable, customized for mobile devices and computers).

Created a graphic design for the system, according to the prototype and visual identity of the building.

Created templates for e-mails. (template design for registration of new users and bug reporting).

Created the intranet using content management system WordPress.
-
Defined the target audience and made an analysis of the competitors.

Organized a remote user training on content input and use of the system.
-
The system has 5 different user rights, 4 of which are specifically designed for this project.

Some of the information (for example, dinner offers) is shown on big screens in the office building.

More information about the offers is available after scanning QR codes on the TV screens.

Unique intranet, customized for the clients needs, which is easy to use and maintain.
